Returns

Delivery times begin one business day after the order is placed.
Once your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a Shipment confirmation e-mail containing your tracking number.

Orders can be return withing 14 working days after having received the goods. Returns outside this window may be accepted at our discretion.The goods must be in the same condition as you received them: unused, unworn, in their original dust bag with tags and accompanied with the delivery note sent in the package. Please be mindful when trying on the shoes at home.

All SALE, pre-ordered items or customized items are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Capulette holds the right of not accepting any returns if the items do not fulfil these requirements and may be sent back to you.
