Terms of Sales

Upon receiving your order we process the paiement with your card and then proceed to dispatch the order. Your card will only be debited once the order has been accepted. Delivery times begin one business day after the order is placed.

Once your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing your tracking number. All duty and/or custom fees applied to orders outside of France and/or the EU are at the customer’s expense.

The customer has the right to return the goods within 14 working days after having received them. Once the goods reach our offices Capulette will proceed with the refund process only if the items meet our return requirements. The original shipping charges applied when the order was placed will not be refunded.

When returning items, be sure of including all documents requested by the courier and keep proof of the airway bills and/or tracking numbers. Capulette does not take responsibility of lost parcels.

Capulette will cover return shipping fees if the goods have suffered damage in transit. In this case please contact hello@capulette.com with photos of the faulty package within 48 hours of having received the order.

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email to hello@capulette.com as soon as possible. Capulette will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, if the order has been submitted and shipped, we cannot guarantee an immediate refund and we will proceed with the normal returns process and its due timings.
